Do You Accept Insurance for Orthodontic Treatment?

Some people are fortunate enough to have insurance coverage for orthodontic treatment. Rodeffer, Garner and Minor Orthodontics have many years of experience handling orthodontic insurance coverage, and will do our best to make claiming benefits easy for our patients. Our staff is committed to maximizing the insurance benefits of all our patients.

After our Orthodontists have evaluated the patient, the final orthodontic treatment plan and fee will be determined. Once treatment has started, we will file an orthodontic claim with your insurance company. Please note that we accept assignment of benefits. The financial arrangements that are agreed upon are not related to your insurance coverage. The financial relationship we establish is between our office and you. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is available to answer them. Any benefit not paid by your insurance company, for any reason, becomes the responsibility of the patient/parent.

Our insurance coordinator is responsible for filing your initial and monthly continuation of treatment forms. Please keep in touch with her about any changes in your insurance.
