Dr. Suellen Rodeffer

Dr. Suellen Rodeffer, a Fernandina Beach native, received degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia (Chemistry 1977, Doctor of Dental Surgery 1981, Post-doctoral Residency 1983). Dr. Rodeffer enjoys practicing orthodontics with her husband, Dr. Garner. She feels fortunate she is able to live and work close to her large extended family.

Dr. Tod Garner

Dr. Tod Garner grew up in coastal North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina (Chemistry 1977, Doctor of Dental Surgery 1981). Dr. Garner completed his orthodontic residency at Emory University in 1984. Dr. Garner and his wife, Dr. Rodeffer, are grateful to live and raise their four daughters on the Florida coast.

Dr. Valerie Minor

Dr. Valerie Minor was raised in Yulee, Florida. She graduated from North Carolina State University (Chemical Engineering and Pulp and Paper Science 1997). Dr. Minor later attended the University of Florida for her training in dentistry and orthodontics (Doctor of Dental Medicine 2003, Master of Science 2006).

Dr. Minor and her husband, Will, are the proud parents of a son and three daughters. Will is part owner of a local sports netting business that services many recreational, high school, college, and pro teams.

Dr. Brad Mokris

Dr. Brad Mokris

Dr. Brad Mokris was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his B.S. in Biology in 2003. Dr. Mokris then went on to the University of Florida where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2008 and his Master of Science/Orthodontic Certificate in 2011. It was in Gainesville where he met his wife, Jennifer, a native of Fernandina Beach.

Dr. Mokris and Dr. Jennifer Mokris, who is also a dentist in Fernandina Beach, have 3 children, Avery, Reese, and Austin. They are more than excited to be living in North Florida and feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful community.

All four doctors are committed to staying current on all new procedures and techniques in the field of dentistry. They spend a considerable amount of time attending seminars at the local, state and national levels. All the doctors are members of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Northeast District Dental Association, Jacksonville Dental Society, Florida Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.
